Bcalm provides digital mental wellness services, including online sessions, self-help resources, and therapy-related programs. As we do not sell or deliver any physical products, this Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our digital services and sessions are scheduled and delivered to users.

 

 

2. Service Delivery

 

All Bcalm services are delivered digitally through our website, email, or third-party video platforms (such as Zoom or Google Meet).

Upon successful registration or booking, users will receive a confirmation email containing service details, session timing, and access instructions.

Delivery of digital resources (such as therapy worksheets, e-books, or mindfulness guides) will be made instantly or within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

 

 

3. Session Scheduling

 

Therapy or consultation sessions are scheduled based on the availability of our mental health professionals and the preferred timing selected by the user.

Users will receive reminders and links to join the session via email or WhatsApp before the scheduled time.

In case of rescheduling, users can contact us at support@Bcalm.in at least 12 hours before the appointment.

 

 

4. Non-Delivery Issues

 

If you do not receive your session link, confirmation email, or digital content within the expected timeframe, please:

 

Check your spam or promotions folder.

Verify that your payment was successful.

Contact our support team at support@Bcalm.in with your registered email ID.

 

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

 

 

5. No Physical Shipping

 

Bcalm does not engage in the shipment of any physical goods. Therefore, no shipping charges, courier tracking, or delivery timelines apply to our services.
