Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Bcalm, we aim to provide compassionate and professional digital mental wellness services. Since our offerings include online sessions, therapy consultations, and digital materials, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our users and practitioners.
2. No Physical Returns
Bcalm does not sell any physical products, so returns or exchanges of physical goods do not apply. All our services and resources are delivered digitally through our website, email, or video platforms.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
You made a payment but did not receive access to the booked service or session.
The scheduled therapist did not conduct the session and no reschedule was provided.
There was a duplicate payment made for the same booking.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we’ll initiate a review.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
You missed or forgot to attend your booked session.
You canceled a session less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
You completed the session or accessed the digital resources.
You are dissatisfied based on personal expectations after the service has been delivered.
5. Session Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your booked session, you may reschedule it by contacting us at least 12 hours in advance.
We’ll do our best to accommodate a new slot based on therapist availability.
6. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
